How to Create an Executive Summary
Why an Executive Summary is important
An Executive Summary is an important part of the business plan and should always be included in a professional business plan. The executive summary sums up the entire business plan in a nutshell.
Some lenders do not read the whole required business plan but instead focus on the executive summary which includes all of the main points in the business plan which gives them a clear idea of what the business is, what it is about, who owns it, where it is located , why the business is important, when the business started, where it is going and what the business does.
