Organizations can sharpen their feedback insights by using relationship marketing to develop ways to make shopping convenient and easier like keeping a customer credit card numbers on file so they do not have to keep filling out the same forms every time they shop at your store.
Remember things about your customer's
Remembering what the customer usually orders and having it ready for them when they get to the check out makes your customer feel appreciated. If you are dealing with customers online it is a good idea to personalize any written communication as much as possible like greeting them by name or noting something about the customer that is complimentary, being polite, welcoming, and friendly.
Ask Your Customer's Questions
Asking questions in an effort to find out what the customer expects and wants by generating feedback from customers which will reveal their needs and wants such as, conducting short surveys, asking the customer questions (Timm 2011, p. 112).
