Three Labor Laws U.S. Business Owner's Need to Know About
These three Labor Laws are:

3. LaGuardia Act of 1932 Gave Worker's the Right to organize and strike
The Norris LaGuardia Act of 1932 is an Anti-Injuction Act which restricts the use of injunction in labor disputes. "This act gave labor unions the right to organize, strike, and use other forms of leverage against management without the interference of the federal court. ... Prohibits Federal courts from enforcing yellow-dog contracts." (Ewonaitis, 2002). The Norris-LaGuardia Act also guarantees a union's right to support another union. (Ewonaitis, 2002).
